Order before 15:00 on weekdays and we ship the same day. Most parcels arrive within 2–3 working days in whole Europe.

Next-Day Delivery

Need it sooner? Depending on your location, next-day delivery may be available. Add your items to cart and check the options at checkout to see if it's eligible for your order.

Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping on orders over €50. 
  • Orders under €50 ship for just €4.95.

International Orders

We ship across Europe. Delivery times and rates for your region are shown at checkout.

Track Your Order

You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order ships, so you always know where your fragrance is.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Try It Risk-Free

Not sure a scent is right for you? No problem. You have 30 days to return or exchange - even after testing. We know it takes a spray or two to fall in love.

What Can Be Returned?

  • All 50 ml and 100 ml bottles, as long as they're still mostly full and in good condition.
  • Discovery samples (2 ml) are not eligible for returns.

Bundles

Return the complete set for a full refund, or swap individual fragrances from your bundle for a different scent. Your choice.

How It Works

  1. Email us at info@petitemort.co with your order number.
  2. Want an exchange? Let us know which scent you'd prefer.
  3. We'll send you return instructions.
  4. Once we receive your return, you'll be refunded in full within 14 days to your original payment method.

Good to Know

Return shipping is at your own cost. Please pack your bottle securely to prevent damage in transit. Returns beyond the 30-day window cannot be accepted.
